•Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1994.

•Seasoned international financial and operations leader across various industries and sectors, including the Military, Financial Services, Software Development, Health Tech, Clean Tech, and Wholesale/Manufacturing.

•Completed an International MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, Norway, in 2001.

•Founded a financial advisory firm in 2010 providing C-suite advisory to Scandinavian-based companies between 2010 - 2023.

•Co-founded wholesale distribution and services firm in 2015, expanding operations across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland, subsequently achieving a successful exit in 2021.

•Currently maintains both Series 7 and 79 licenses (FINRA) and possesses fluency in both Norwegian and Danish languages, in addition to English.
